Loomsync Blender Pixelorama
A downloadable tool
LoomSync by Aiko
LoomSync by Aiko is a lightweight bridge between Blender +4.5 and Pixelorama 1.2.1 for texture-painting and UV workflow synchronization.
Send your Blender material texture directly to Pixelorama, edit or paint on it, and transfer the updated image back into Blender without manually exporting and importing files. LoomSync also sends Blender UV maps to Pixelorama as a sharp, non-destructive overlay that follows the canvas zoom and pan, helping you paint accurately within your model’s UV layout.
Features
- Bidirectional image transfer between Blender and Pixelorama.
- Sends the active Blender material texture to Pixelorama.
- Sends edited Pixelorama images back to the connected Blender material.
- Optional automatic synchronization from Pixelorama to Blender with debounced updates.
- Sharp, non-destructive UV overlays in Pixelorama.
- UV overlay visibility controls: show, hide, and redraw.
- Adjustable UV overlay color and line thickness.
- Works with Blender 4.5 and Pixelorama 1.2.1.
- Preserves image orientation and UV-to-image alignment between both applications.
How It Works
- Install the LoomSync addon in Blender.
- Import and enable the LoomSync extension in Pixelorama.
- Start the Blender server and connect Pixelorama to the configured host and port.
- Send the active texture and UV map from Blender to Pixelorama.
- Paint or edit the image in Pixelorama.
- Send the updated texture back to Blender, or enable Auto Sync for automatic updates.
LoomSync is designed to make Blender texture painting faster, clearer, and more interactive by keeping your 3D material and 2D pixel-art workspace connected.
